At 12:00 noon on May 25, 2025, Zhang Jingxuan, Founder and Director of the Dalian World Music Culture Museum in China, visited the Tchaikovsky House Museum in Moscow at the invitation of Mikhail Arkadyevich Bryzgalov, Director of the State Museum of Music of the Russian Federation. This marked another meeting between the World Music Culture Museum and Tchaikovsky.

Recap: In April 2024, national-level music museums from China and Russia launched international cooperation activities. The "Tchaikovsky Star" themed photo exhibition, jointly presented at the Dalian World Music Culture Museum, marked a significant advancement in Sino-Russian musical cultural exchange. The event garnered widespread acclaim from the public and music enthusiasts, particularly resonating with university students—especially those who had studied at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Russia. Viewing the thematic exhibition transported them back to their practice days at the conservatory, reigniting their passion for learning.

The exhibition design at Tchaikovsky's Moscow residence exudes tranquillity and a sense of leisure. Each space features perfectly balanced negative space, with transitions between areas resembling a rhythmic dialogue between musical notes. Every corner seems like an elegant note, collectively forming the magnificent movements of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1.

Tchaikovsky stands as a pivotal symbol of Russian culture. His globally acclaimed works blend Russian folk musical elements with Western classical techniques, profoundly embodying the nation's spirit and emotional core. He elevated Russian music's international standing and remains one of the core symbols of Russian cultural export to this day, holding profound significance for the inheritance and promotion of Russian culture.

Director Zhang Jingxuan and Director Mikhail engaged in a warm exchange at Tchaikovsky's former residence. Director Mikhail explained the connection between each artefact and Tchaikovsky to Zhang Jingxuan, who remarked that this deepened his understanding of how Tchaikovsky's greatness stemmed from his love for life and humanity. He commented, "I have visited numerous memorial houses of musicians worldwide. The Tchaikovsky House Museum stands out for its vibrant content and profound cultural resonance. It offers fresh inspiration and enlightenment to artistic creators and serves as an important model for human musical culture."
