On July 10, 2025, over 60 participants from the Dalian Federation of Literary and Art Circles' training program for young artistic talents—"Enhancing Competence and Capabilities to Promote High-Quality Development of Dalian's Arts in the New Era"—visited the World Music Culture Museum. This was not merely an observational learning experience, but a profound immersion in artistic talents and musical history, embodying the vibrant practice of "cultivating people through culture and connecting hearts through art" within Dalian's creative ecosystem.

Zhang Jingxuan, founder and director of the World Music Culture Museum, addressed the participating trainees, outlining how music culture can empower Dalian's new journey toward high-quality cultural and artistic development.

As a vital repository of urban musical heritage, the museum houses instruments and documents spanning eras, embodying humanity's universal pursuit of beauty. When young artistic talents pause at the intersection of ancient melodies and modern art, the musical DNA embedded in these artefacts will infuse fresh inspiration into their creative work—drawing narrative tension from musical storytelling, exploring expressive boundaries within acoustic aesthetics, and empowering innovation across diverse art forms like literature, fine arts, and theatre through the soul of music.

This experiential learning initiative marks a significant step by the Dalian Federation of Literary and Art Circles in advancing "artistic empowerment for urban development." Using music as a medium, it builds bridges between cultural heritage and creative practice, enabling young talents to deepen their cultural roots by touching history and broaden their creative horizons through artistic resonance. When youthful creativity collides with profound musical heritage, it will inevitably give birth to more artistic masterpieces rooted in our era and resonating deeply with the human spirit, injecting powerful momentum into the high-quality development of Dalian's arts and culture.

We anticipate that this immersive musical experience will serve as an "inspiration fuel station" for young artistic talents on their creative journeys. More importantly, we hope this exchange will spark sustained synergy between music and diverse art forms, transforming the World Music and Culture Museum into a "source of inspiration" for urban artistic innovation. This will help Dalian cultivate a more vibrant cultural and creative ecosystem.
