Director Zhang Jingxuan engaged in cultural exchange with the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation at the Slavic Script and Culture Day music festival in Red Square.

During the exchange, Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, expressed gratitude to Director Zhang Jingxuan for accepting the invitation to participate in the 2025 International Museum Festival of the Russian Federation as scheduled. She affirmed the "International Museum Cooperation" between China's Dalian World Music Culture Museum and the State Russian Museum of Music, as well as the "International Academic Institution Cooperation" between Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory and Moscow State Gnesin Academy of Music, pledging strong support. She expressed hope for deeper, more enduring exchanges and collaborative interactions between Chinese and Russian museums and universities, aiming to foster a lasting cultural friendship between China and Russia.
