Century Echoes: World Music Culture Museum, wholly funded by Mr. Zhang Jingxuan, stands as China's first national-level museum that integrates Eastern and Western musical cultures, and Liaoning Province's inaugural non-state-owned museum to receive national recognition.

Spanning a total floor area of 5,000 square meters with 3,000 square meters dedicated to exhibitions, the museum houses over 12,000 treasures of Eastern and Western musical arts alongside more than 300,000 classic music records. Among these, over 800 artifacts represent global musical cultures, comprehensively showcasing the evolution of world music and sound recording/transmission technology.

Since its opening on May 18, 2017, the museum has garnered widespread attention from all sectors of society, welcoming over 1.2 million visitors from around the world. In terms of international institutional exchanges, it has established collaborations with more than ten countries, including Russia and Austria, fostering exchanges in music museum studies and the dissemination of music culture, and achieving high recognition within the international music community. Simultaneously, it actively serves the public and fulfills social responsibilities: offering free admission to students of all ages, children with autism, children of migrant workers, seniors, military personnel, and others, welcoming nearly 800,000 visitors. It has hosted over 300 international music exchange events, both online and offline, as well as more than 500 cultural performances in various formats. The museum has created 100 job positions and over 400 volunteer roles. Throughout this journey, it has earned recognition not only from national, provincial, and municipal leaders but also from numerous domestic and international dignitaries and musicians. It has now become a significant cultural emblem for both the city of Dalian and the province of Liaoning!
