Collection Storage and Custody Service Regulations




I. Dalian Century Sound Music Culture Museum (World Music Culture Museum) provides free collection storage and custody services to the public.


II. Warehouse management staff are specifically responsible for collection, storage, and custody services.


III. Items accepted for storage and safekeeping must be legally acquired cultural relics or collectables.


IV. Ownership of stored and safeguarded items remains unchanged. Collectors may retrieve their items at any time in accordance with regulations.


V. With the collector's consent, the Dalian Century Sound Music Culture Museum (World Music Culture Museum) may provide complimentary storage, maintenance, and restoration services for stored and safeguarded items. In return, the Dalian Century Sound Recording Music Culture Museum (World Music Culture Museum) shall retain the publication rights, archival technology rights, and exhibition rights for the deposited and custodied collections.


VI. Collectors and the Dalian Century Sound Recording Music Culture Museum (World Music Culture Museum) shall voluntarily enter into relevant deposit and custodial agreements in accordance with the law; All deposited or entrusted collections must undergo appraisal by relevant experts of the Dalian Century Sound Recording Music Culture Museum (World Music Culture Museum) before agreement execution and may only be admitted into storage after agreement signing.


VII. Once admitted into storage, deposited or entrusted collections must be managed in accordance with the Dalian Century Sound Recording Music Culture Museum (World Music Culture Museum)'s collection management system and relevant regulations.
