Phonograph Exihibition Area

The phonograph was humanity's first device capable of storing and reproducing sound. In 1877, Edison invented the cylinder phonograph. Through continuous improvements by later generations, the phonograph evolved through multiple stages—from tin foil to wax cylinders, and from steel needles to gemstone styluses. The museum currently houses hundreds of phonographs from over 20 brands across six countries, including renowned manufacturers such as Edison, Victory, and France's Pathé.
